Application for admission should be registered in the respective institutions before the end of April each year for Nursery, Primary and High School and for the Junior College, immediately after the announcement of S.S.L.C. Results.

At the time of School admission, the parent/guarding must furnish satisfactory evidence of date of birth if the child is being admitted for the first time.

Admission will not be given without producing the duly countersigned transfer certificate from the recognized school last attended, except for Nursery. In case of pupils from outside Karnataka State, the transfer certificate should be countersigned by the Education Officer of the State concerned.

A candidate who passes the following minimum education qualification shall be eligible for admission to the Karnataka two years Pre- University courses. They should have passed.
      a) The Karnataka Secondary Leaving Certificate examination (S.S.L.C) or
      b) Any other examination recognized by the Department of Pre-University education, Karnataka as equivalent to the Karnataka SSLC Examination for purposes of admission to the Pre-University course

Weekdays :  9:10 am to 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Saturdays :  9:10 am to 12:00 noon
NOTE: Short break of 5 minutes from 11:00 am to 11:05 am
